Happened twice

2 weeks ago, i had 4m and planning to play on the higher tables but it wont let me. When I checked, it went down to 7k. I was i shocked of what happend but a few minutes later, it went back again. Before writing this review, i was playing and have 6m. I wanted to play on the high tables but it wont let me not knowing that my chips went down again to 2m. Its beginning to annoy me of whats happening to your game cuz i spend real money to buy your chips. Up to now, it hasnt come back the money "i lost."
